Umm green? I think not., September 25, 2011 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Queen Comfort Magic Enviro-Green 4 Inch Memory Foam Mattress Topper I purchased this item several months ago and I am writing a late review. Initially when I unwrapped this mattress topper there was an odor. It went away within a day or so. My bigger concern was that I may not have received the correct item. My mattress topper does not look anything like the image with this product. Mainly, it is not green!! It is a light yellow/tan color. I contacted customer service and they were very nice. At first they had me file a claim and send pictures. They convinced me a had the wrong thing until I was contacted again and told that they recently changed the color of the product. I thought this was very odd since the name says "green" and it is green in the picture. I am still not certain I got the right thing but I really didn't feel like fighting. I believe intially they said they would send me a new one and I wouldn't have to send the other one back. So I am wondering if they just didn't want to lose money.
